Mr. Stephen Cook’s guide on Wholesaling for Quick Cash is absolutely terrific. I got it on Friday the 12th and I’m on my second time around. The book is excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about purchasing it.
I’ve read many books and courses from Carleton Sheets on through Ron LeGrand.
If you combine Mr. LeGrands course with Mr. Cooks course, and thoroughly read them before getting started, I do not see how anyone could fail. These are two of the greatest materials I’ve ever read.
And Mr. Cook, if you’re reading this I hope to come accross you one day. I’m also from the Baltimore area. Actually, Montgomery County but I’d make the trip.

I agree!!! I have had the course two weeks, read it twice and I am on my third go round. There has been no other book(course) that has got my butt off the seat. I have one deal pending and working on another. I am with you…thank you Steve Cook. Best to all, Derek
