Step 1 is look at as many properties as you possibly can. This is the most important step. You are trying to develop your sense of relative value. I wouldnt spend one penny, untill you look at, at least 50 houses.

The purpose of this e-mail is to ask the questions: What are the Step by Step strategy(ies) to Real Estate Investing successfully?
