I have found that there is a large amout of people out there that own real estate free and clear, and holding financing on real estate (as the bank) can be very profitable for them, most people just dont think of it. Learn more about seller financing thats were the the money is low to zero down deals and great interest rates.

Hi, I’m just starting out investing in real estate. I have been reading this stuff off and on for a while now, and Im still not sure of the best way to get started. I don’t have much money to invest, only about a thousand dollars. To some of you guys that have already done some investing, what would you reccomend the best way to start out? For instance, wholesale, L/O, mobile homes, creative financing. your advice would be appreciated Thanks!
