I would love to jump on the commmercial real estate train. I have an interest in real estate and found my new love, commercial. I would love some info on this about how to get started from day one. The step and networking that would be helpful. I am starting this with little knowledge so anything is helpful.

Hi,
I’ve analyzed several commercial properties in Michigan market. Currently I’m under contract to buy Medical office building. I’m also looking for partners for my deals. When you are ready you can send me your deals and I would be glad to help you analyze your deals. You can email me at kaizeninvestments@gmail.com

Tiffany,

Mr. Alcorn is too modest and missed a good opportunity to plug his book, “Dealmaker’s Guide to Commercial Real Estate.”

Its got everything you need to know and then some. It can be found at http://www.creonline.com/catalog/b-140.html

Most people here would tell you that his book is a must have if you are serious about investing in commercial real estate.

Good luck,
Larry Kite

You’re in the right place. Welcome.

Hi Larry,

Thanks for the plug, and I’m flattered by your comments. Hope all is well and deals are flowing.

May your loans be fixed and your rent roll rising,
