Are you licensed as a broker now?
If yes you sould know how.
If not get the brokers license first.
Do you work for a mortgage broker or a lender like bank as loan originator?
If not you are a long way to go because you need knowledge first and then license and then your own brokerage.
when you go on your own,who will you askinfo when you are running your show, you can only ask escrow, title rep, lenders, licensing and lawyers so much or you will spend your days calling people for answers and infos.
