After few months of putting in CS course in practice I finally run into a proverbial wall.
Here are the circumstances:
The property - two adjusent lots with 3 buildings. Lot one has a one family building and lot two has two and three family building on it. The one family building slightly infringes on the other lot ( 4 feet ).
The seller is hilding a mortgage for me witha minimal downpayment ( 2% ).
I would like to spin off and sell the one family building right after closing.
The problem/question: What do I need to do in order to preempt the seller from making it difficult for me?
I’m concerned that if I insist on having anything to that effect in the purchase and salles agreement the Seller may get cold feet.
I will appreciate any feedback you may have regarding this issue.
