I emailed another investor in this webiste who does flips with conventional props. I asked him if he dealt with MH and his replay was “no because of special license and fees which enable me to deal with MH”

Are there special licenses that are needed when dealing with MH in Florida? Any other info is great.

I tried to post you yesterday but had problems with my pc. I apologize for my duplication if my previous e-mail has made it to you.

I have similar questions as you regarding dealer license and such. I posted on this board a few weeks ago and talked to some people outside of this venue and have confirmed this: Florida does require a dealer’s license to buy and sell MH’s.

Perhaps we should tag-team this as I’m also in Daytona?
