Hi Rachel

You can go to the property appraisers database or to the courthouse and lookup properties you have found or look for out ot town owners. You’ll be able to find houses this way. I have one of those We Buy Houses franchises here too. You can also run an ad. Ron LeGrand says even with a dozen you’ll still get your good share of calls. Also contact estate attorneys and others who deal wtih estates.

Good luck
Sincerely
KGrant

I have been combing the papers for a good while - only have seen a few motivated sellers, and none have been truly motivated. In my area, I have a problem with a big investment company. They have billboards on every major highway, advertisements on every radio station (“We Buy Ugly Houses”) - a real nightmare for the little guys. Just looking for some advice on where to turn. The small communities outside of this area seem to shun those “I Buy Houses” ads - seem to last 2 minutes on a telephone pole. It’s a little frustrating. Anyone have some ideas? Thank you.
