I own a park and am in the process of revising the contract for space rentals. I seem to recall that Western Manufactured Housing Association (WMA) had a good one. I have one but can’t find it (in boxes due to move), and since I don’t belong at the moment they won’t sell me one. Does anyone have a copy I could look at? or buy?
