You mean 400 Alton Rd. Not sure how they’re selling, though I see a bunch of the 2/2’s are listed for mid 500’s.

Does anyone know how the Murano Grande luxury condos located at 40 Alton Rd. are selling? Market values, aside from the developer’s website listings of remaining units?
Does anyone know someone who might be interested in investing in one, receiving an assigned contract for one, or know of an end user interested in purchasing one at a discount?
