Always leave a contact number and or name for every deal you look at. peoples situations change daily, Where you find a person who is not motivated to sell today, may be tomorrow…
also, the people who read meters, cable tv employees are always good sources of info on properties that need repairs, or what looks to them to be abanadoned.I offer them $100 cash if I buy a home that they recomended to me… all they do is get me an address.
