Yes, I have next to nothing to use to start out… Maybe could come up with a few hundred but not much.
I have some late student loan payments, a few lates on my child support, and a scam credit card that i am disputing, on my credit report.

I am a beginer, my only option right now seems to be buying a few peopertys via lease option.
could some of you give me some pointers on talking a seller into a L/O???
Maybe give me some ideas to help show him/her that a L/O would benifit us both ???
