Hello everyone,

Does anyone know of a software, data based program that
can be used for CMAs, simple appraisals?

Also,
My county only has its property tax info available online,
are there companies that sell this info and can keep me
frequently updated?

I use Haines Criss-Cross plus real estate. I’ve heard of other investors using the Data Quick product, but I’ve never used it personally. If you search the archives for Comp Software you should find all the info you need. I pasted the urls to Haines and DataQuick below.
