While I know no MI law, I do know that if I go to Google & enter “MI LLC Statutes”, I’ll soon be looking at them and therein find the answer.

I live in Michigan. Have not been able to find any info on michigan.gov website that indicates whether or not SMLLC in recognized or valid in MI? can anyone help. thanks
