Can you tell me how much the property is cash flowing? What is the NOI? We would look at the property more than the land for doing the loan.

I’ve found a small (9 units)and bar/restaurant on very expensive lakefront. There is some seller financing-they’re tired. The land alone is worth alot more than the asking price $350,000. The place has been for sale one year. A contract was just signed-“with contingencies” whose, I don’t know. I would give my right arm to buy, but
I need financing. I’m really new, and have learned so much from this site, thanks. I am starting this week to look pursue residential deals-but boy would I love to get this place. Any suggesstions? Thanks
