As Rich says, you’d need to be a true employee w fixed wages, withholding, hours, etc.
NOT some kind of commission arrangement because you, being unlicensed, cannot legally take any kind of commission, or part of same.
We see this kind of legal employee arrangement a lot with bigger office buildings and apt complexes…that hourly, salaried employee who shows empty offices and apts but isn’t a legal sales person so cannot try to sell.
One of Seattle’s biggest office buildings has NO commissioned sales person, only the one man owner and one or two hourly employees who show the empties.
