Good one but too late, I took an ugly spell this aft but I got over it.
I have nothing against bandit signs but judging by some of the posts on the subject, some people take the name too literally and turn into Gordon (Greed Is Good) Gecko when they get hear them.

Is it a disadvantage to get a sales license because you must disclose your agent status? Does this make a seller nervous during negotiating?

Hi Al, this question has been answered already 355 times (I did an archive search under “Real Estate License”). I think I have answered it 100 times myself.
Another person asked practically the same question just 15 post down from yours.
So, search the archives and get all the info you need.
