Yes, it is TRUE what they say about short selling properties. THe lenders are taking huge discounts (in some cases) on pre-foreclosure properties. ROn Legrand is doing a one day bootcamp called “The Art of the SHort Sale” and it is coming up in Atlanta on the 23rd and Tamps on the 24th of Jan. I can get you some info about it if you are interested. In it he will cover exactly what steps you need to follow to successfully negotiate a short sale. I was on a conference call with him last night where he covered the process and told us about this bootcamp. Again, if you are interested, just send me an email and I can get you the info.
