My title company told me just last week that Conseco had filed bankruptcy if that helps any. I tried to do a short sale with them a couple of months ago. They weren’t dealing. Said they would bid at the foreclosure sale. If you need some numbers for them, let me know. Take nospam out of email address.

Has any one doe a short sale with Conseco? What kind of discont did you get? Were they easy to work with?
