Do you know what you’re getting the house for? How much below market is your price? I can’t see why you would have any problem turning this property, unless maybe you live in Alaska. Just give a retail buyer a great price. If worse came to worse, could you let another investor step in your shoes for 1k?

i found a house that the bank is willing to do a short sale. my question is: how long will the bank give me to buy the house? I just want to flip it to another buyer, but what happens if i have trouble finding another buyer? thanks
