This probably fits in this Law Forum so I’ll post it here too…
I know of someone who has some rentals and has done
real estate rehabbing for 4 years - just a few houses.
She says she needs help in catching up with her books and
taxes - which haven’t been done in 4 years. I thought she
ought to go to an accountant temp agency and pay them to
catch up.
Do you have any recommendations for her?
