Just checking to see if any investors would fund shared equity plan. I have a quote from one of the shared equity investment firms (point, unison etc) however the share percentage is too high.
Have residential property valued at $375k to $425k in fast growing market. $116k encumbrance
Looking for a shared equity investor for $85k with a 45% share of future equity.
