You do understand that if you file an annual tax return in the US
(citizen, green card holder, resident alien with a visa and earned
income, etc) part of the annual return is a form declaring your
interest in a foreign corporation and foreign bank account(s). I
forget the form number but there is an annual declaration.
So, as I posted in another forum, what are you trying to
accomplish? Opening an account is not that hard. You can have a
UK company set up for about 200 pounds sterling. There are other
options beyond the UK.
I am assuming you want to comply with the IRS regulations.
