Curt you’re downstate so the prices may be higher but in Albany I can get a new septic for around $3000. Is that what you were asking?

Hi all,
Looking at an old school house, needs a ton of work, but the price may be right. But I need some help from some of you more experienced rehabbers. Property doesn’t have plumbing (only two sinks & a toilet-but no septic, cant wait to see this!. I figure the plumbing at about $3,500-4,000 (this is for 1 1/2 baths & kitchen) but I’m not sure about the septic. The property is located in NY, its approx. 1100 sq ft 3/1 with a third of an acre. So what do you think? Let me know.

Thanks
CurtNY

in Pa. a sandmound septic is about $7k, in other states I’ve heard much higher and much lower. Check locally with a local installer.
