This May Sound Like a stupid Questions but While reading this site I see a lot about how to get a property, from a motivated seller but not to much information about how to sell you property once you get it can someone give a few pointers about selling the houses for quick profit.

That is because Selling is the easy part. Finding the deals, at a number that you can make money at, is the challenge!

You must make your money going into the deal! If you pay too much, or at terms that do not make sense, then you are “dead meat”; which translates to, “you aint a gonna make no money!”

That is why so much emphasis is placed on buying property, as well as, many newbies are asking questions about “getting in”, which is all you know, if you are “not in”.

In many markets around the country Property sellers are starting to see the marketplace turn more and more to a “buyers market”…

Sales prices are being reduced, more and more inventory is on the market or hitting the marketplace, existing homes for sale are lingering longer on the market before selling, and more and more sellers are willing to consider that dreaded word “CONCESSION”

In my opinion the FASTEST way to sell just about any property and to expose it to the greatest # of potential buyers, is to offer to sell it and also offer to FINANCE IT.
By offering to finance the sale with owner or seller financing, allows you to use this agreessive technique as BOTH a marketing and financing tool to stir additional interest in your property over another.

You will get little quibbling over the sales price from interested buyers, often acheiving a TOP DOLLAR retail sales price, and you will generate a ton of interest and activity in your properties that you want to move.

The KEY to connecting the dots is to be able to structure the seller financing is such a way that when an appropriate & interested buyer is located, you can then take this technique to the next step which is where you will SELL your owner financed “paper” and generate CASH liquidity, realizing your profits and enabling you to go back out into the marketplace and cut more deals…

So if you are having to start give some Concessions to your prospective buyers, you might conside the use of the 3 magic words “Owner Will Finance” to stir more interest in your properties.
