Almost nobody will buy a partial interest in a propery like this. the one guy who would be most willing cannot afford it. and those handful of investors who might will offer you 25 cents on the dollar. if that.

Is the co-owner willing to SELL. if so, there’s your answer. its EASY for co-owners to sell their interests,if they are in agreement and work together.

You might threaten a partition action, hoping to get co-owner to sell with you. You really don’t want to go through with it, because the atty fees will eat up a lot of your investment.

if it came down to it, the partition action could force a judicially-supervised sale of the property.

Inherited 50% of an undivided legal two family house in Queens.
The other 50% owner cannot afford to purchase my portion
and I want to sell.We are both on the deed as equal owners.
What are my options?
