Thank you for your response. Yes that is the correct size. I paid $25,000 and some change for it brand new in Dec 2002. I’m moving and just want to pay off the balance. Not out to make any money. Thank you.

Wendy
How much is the payoff on the home.
what you will find is no one had the cash to buy it from you out right, and no one can get a loan for a used mobile home.
Your best bet is to owner finance it, but you will have to look in your contract with the bank and see what it says about “due on sale” clause.
I am sure people on this forum can give you creative ways to owner finace the home out and not activate your due on sale clause. then you use the money the new owners give you to pay your loan, and lot rent.

Are you sure on the size of this home, I did not know they made MHs in this size anymore. Be sure onthe size?
The price depends on if you are selling for cash or owner financing. You can get more for the owner fiancing then for cash. Just depnds on if you need the cash now or over a long period of time.
how much did you pay for it. You could start out with Loniies double the price you paid, but this only if you bought it for a good price to start with. You can also look in NADA just to get a idea of what they are worht. Also look in ebay, and classified ads to see if you can find any comps
