Wow! What a revelation! I never would have known investors want a high, safe rate of return if you had not sent that response. I was looking for some real help which is what I thought that this forum is all about. Thank goodness I got the other two responses which were helpful, and not just yours.

I sell houses on lease/options mainly now. Over the past 2 years I have made many deals with alot of “paper” profit. While some have closed, I am still waiting on others to close and would like to have more income quicker. Does anyone have a recommendation on a course I could take on structuring deals as to make the paper sellable for the highest rate of return? I have heard theory on this, but need a nuts and bolts course on exactly what paper investors want, including forms, etc. I would gladly change to selling using contract for deed or mortgages if I new I could sell the paper and at what rate of return.

I would appreciate suggestions.

I’ll tell you what paper buyers want. The biggest return for the least exposure and our investment money ASAP.

Post this on the cash flow forum newsgroup of this sight.

Now to the real question “why would you ever want to sell your paper” unless you keep the vast majority of your profit and are able to make a higher return on your money when you put it back out.
