If she is on title you need her to either jointly sign a deed to the new buyer or have her quitclaim it to you.

My girlfriend and I purchased a home approximately 8 years ago. We broke up after living in the house for 3 years. I have been paying the loan and taxes on the home without any support from her. I now would like to sell the home but she is ignoring my emails and phone calls. What can I do?
