You say this is a lease option type sale but you mention interest rate and specific monthly payment (as if it were an owner financrd sale - 2 different methods).
I’ve assigned sandwich lease options before, so that is definitely possible.
So which one is it?

hello everyone
I have a new construction SFR I have lease optioned for 5 months now, they have paid on time every month , it is set up as a 7% 360 month payment as well, I am now looking for cash to move onto my next deal … the numbers are like this
150000 lease option purchase price
10000 down payment
140000 balance
931.42 monthly payment
balance owed to underlying mortgage is approx 130k, any chance of selling this to an investor ?
