If you have a note or RE currently from a buyer and want to sell it, I’d suggest you put details on Cash Flow Forum here.
You’ll get lots of action quickly and buyers will be bidding on the note or REC…and you’ll learn how the process works.

Can someone please explain to me, in depth…as I’m not familiar with this at all, how selling a note would work? How do you find someone to buy a note? I have no idea what is involved with this, but would like info. I have a mortgage on a property, which now has a land contract and would like to sell the property. The person who has the land contract cannot get a loan. (duh!) Is there any other way for me to sell this property, or not?
