Hello CREONLINE,
Just a quick request. I need to put together a seller questionnaire when talking to sellers call in on my ad. Currently, I ask the following:
1)“Why are you selling your home?”
2)“What time frame are you looking at to sell it?”
3)“What are you trying to get out of this?”
4)“What are you asking for the property?”
5)“If I can pay cash and close quickly on this house, what is the lowest price you will take on the home?”
Does anyone have a better set of questions? Also, Please advise on any improvements I can make.
