Convention coming up in Dallas. Both of those meeting are this month.

Does anyone know if a seller finance license is required to do Lonnie
Deals in Texas? I understand about the class to obtain the retailers
license (i.e. money grab by the state!), but have not been able to find
much regarding regulations surrounding seller financing. Or, are we strictly
dealing with promisary notes, so it does not apply?
