Can anyone tell me what would be involved in taking a park and making a condo out of it. If they werent on individual lots but one lot. I know you can sell the home and rent them the dirt, but what if you just wanted to sell out completely and sell them the land too. The land would be owned collectively I know but how would this work out? Has anyone done that? I was thinking about that for a small 10 unit park. Any advice and ideas greatly appreciated. I have never owned a park before. Don’t know if I want to get too involved with renters. I had a multi family before and some rental houses. Thanks Don
