If I owner-occupy 1 unit in a 4-plex, and I sell after 2 years, do I get all the capital gains tax free like a sfh? Or do I only get 1/4 tax free (of the unit I owner occupy). And if the later is the case, can I 1031X the other 3/4 cap gains into another property?
