I don’t have experience with the site or individual you mention, but I went to Steve Case and Corey Donaldson’s self storage bootcamp that’s in GA and learned enough to be able to go out and buy 3 facilities as a package deal. My experience with their bc was great, and I got myself an excellent deal as a direct result.
