It is called gypcrete which is a liteweight concrete. It gives fire protection to over under units. It is poured in about 3/4 in thick and is self leveling within reason. I have worked on it for years in apartments and condos. I’m sorry but I can’t help you on price as I was not involved with that job.

Anyone ever use this or had it done professionally on an uneven/wavy concrete floor? Whats the cost of something like this?
