I have never heard of 7 of the 8 authors. LOL!!
But I do have 3-4 books by Irwin. He is pretty good if a little basic. Nothing revolutionary here but good reference material to fill out your library. Well woorth a quarter. Heh.

Seeking Opinions On Some Books - Posted by Ken D.

Hello,

Yesterday I was at my local library and they were selling off all of their old books at .25 apiece and was I was able to pick up eight different Real Estate/Real Estate Investing books. They are all pretty old, late 60’s and 70’s copywrite dates on all of them. I have visited this forum before and found there to be some pretty knowlegable people here and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the books I got and if any of them might still be useful and worth reading. If not, what the hell, I just paid a quarter for each of them!! LOL!!
Anyway…here is a list of the titles and authors:

  1. “How To Make A Fortune in Real Estate” (The Land Game) by:Albert Winnikoff

2.“How to Go from Rags to Riches FAST with Sound Real Estate Invesments” by: J.Brad Lampley

3.“10 Ways to make a killilng in Real Estate” by: Daniel J. de Benedictis

  1. “How Real Estate Fortunes Are Made” by: George Bockl

5.“How to Get Rich in Real Estate” by: Robert Warren Kent

  1. “Complete Guide to Profitable Real Estate Leasing” by: Davis T. Bohon

7.“How To Buy and Sell Real Estate for Financial Security” by: Robert Irwin"

  1. How to Use Leverage to Make Money in Local Real Estate" by: George Bockl

Any feedback at all regarding any of these books will be greatly appeciated.Thanks.
