I have only read excerpts from his flipping course.I ahve however studied some of ron legrands material and compared it with some other course and his seems to be the prefered.This only opinion.For myself in which i am a newbie also, I use some of his info in the 3 1/2 weeks I’ve been wholesaleing i have closed 3 deal netting $8K. and 3 more in the works.So does the material work.No! You do the work and the book provides only the info.Granted some coures are better than others.I hope this helps.This is all possible just stay focoused and determined and you’ll succeed.
