Hello MH folks,
I am here, because someone I know owns a MH, in a senior park. It’s a 1988 palm harbor double wide, 2000 sq/ft, 3 bed, 2 bath, and was remodeled with pretty much everything new…from siding, to flooring, fixtures etc.
These folks bought it with credit cards, and now that balances are there, the teaser rates from the cards are now higher of course.
So, anyone knows a lender who will lend on MH’s NOT on their own land, please forward contact info, post it here, however works.
The barrowers have good credit and income.

I just got off the phone with a local banker and she said her bank likes and makes owner-occ loans on newer DWMHs.
