Hi can someone please explain securitization on loans. I ran across a web site homeowners revolt which basically said that you should question the origin of your loan. I am behind 60 days and dont know if this applies to me or not. Would like to know what it is and where I start. Thank you
I’d be planning to pay-up or move because if lender starts foreclosure on a deed of trust or mortgage (in non-judicial foreclosure state) odds are you’ll be unable to stop or restrain it and that lender will end up with the property.
I’ve seen lots of hustles with “stop foreclosure” scams but from what I know these crooks usually just take your money, do nothing and then skip…a number of states’ AGs are getting tough on them and working hard to shut them down.
