yes, tenant needs to be a good tenant for a year and have a source of income, check with your local section * administrator, as some areas don’t have or use this program.

I was talking to someone that said section 8 will help the section 8 tennant PURCHASE a home. Anyone know if this is true or not??? How does it work??? Govt. websites???
