Call your local housing authority and let them know you are willing to accept Section 8 tenants. They are not allowed to market for you, but they will lead you in the right direction. There may be regional non-profit corporations who also control Section 8 certificates, ask the housing authority staff if they know of any.

Also, advertising that you accept Section 8 will help.
