I think what i am going to do is list all the Adults on the lease as Leasee’s…and make them equally responsible should something happen.
I will double check florida law to double check my rights.

I have someone who is interested in renting a SFH from me and has a Section 8 voucher. She is the recipient of the voucher and she has 4 kids (three of which are 18yrs old).
Should the young adults go on the lease as well?
Section 8 is telling me that the adults should be on the lease too.

I think we covered this before. 
Put on additionals as addendums (but fully responsible).
