Who are the members of the LLC’s? If you are a member on either one, you name is public knowledge, isn’t it?

I want to Transfer properties to trust with LLc as Beneficibary and have another LLc as property Manager. Most of my income from rent is sent in my name from section 8 housing. They look at who is on title for sending rents and lease. If im not using my name what documents do i show them to have abc llc manage the properties with diffent trust names.

Leave it like it is. TMI (Don’t give them too much information.) Collect your rent from them. Keep it Simple.
