1st deal that buyer backed out of. Bought repo for $2200, $1100 into it, sold for $9000. Buyer backed out, 2 days later sold for $10,900 with better terms.
2nd deal - bought for $1800, put $800 into it. Sold for $6900, $500 down, $200/mo. Day after contract signed, buyer backs out. Sold that weekend for $6200 CASH.
3rd deal - Got trailer fro free, put $1800 into it. Sold for $5200, $300 down, $150/mo. Buyer doesnt’ get approved in park. Returned deposit today, then went to park and sold for $4900, $500 down, $270/mo.
Seems like when a buyer backs out, good things happen! Probably one of those kismet things.
Got to go - have a list of buyers but no trailers to sell!
Thanks
Ron
