Hi Corby,
Some lenders will allow you to just show where the money came from and why. Most will want to see the funds in a bank account or stock account for 60 days or more however.

I want to purchase investment property and have recieved bonus money from my job,will lenders want to see that money seasoned for a certain amount of time. thanks corby
