Ed–Scott is one of the Guru’s that Terry and J.P. have chosen and screened to be on this site as well.
Don’t think you can go wrong with any of these Guru’s courses or products here.
I signed up for Scott’s news letter myself.

I recently went to Scott Britton’s real estate success web site and saw the tapes and newsletters he offered. I was wondering if anyone has tried his techniques and would recommed or not recommend his course.

While attending the first annual CRE Online convention, and hearing Scott speak, I decided to buy his “Sure Fire Quick Start” course. I studied it and applied it, and six weeks after the convention I flipped a property. My payday was over twenty times the cost of his course.

I got my start, thanks to Scott. If you want to start-off flipping wholesale properties, which is an excellent way to start, this course is one of the good ones.
