I had actually seen that parks listing before as well. I live in northestern IN. That park is southwest. I would like to manage my own parks so that would not work. The park could be a good investment for someone who does lonnie to fill the empties. I am actually workin on a deal on my second park right now 
we will see. It is only 30 minutes away…
