Have you all heard of this company? If so, could you please give me some information on this company. I know it’s run by a guy named John Alexander. Anyone have any info on him or the company?

Thank,

Saxton Corporation is a part of Graystone Mortgage (if you search the archives in 03 there are about 15 hits: http://www.creonline.com/cgi-bin/search_wb1/arc_2003/search.pl?p=1&lang=en&mode=all&q=graystone+mortgage)

Generally my knowledge of them is they are very expensive to become fully authorized to use all their services ($6,000). They only buy notes on owner occupied properties? no investors! Their ?pay price? and underwriting criteria is competitive for the industry, basically I saw no benefit to spending $6k there are countless other ?Sources? that will do what they do without cost.
